you will be hard pressed to find bad choices as there are so many great options through Central FL. Not knowing your preferred price range, I do say this with a cautionary note but Winter Park does have many affordable options especially with short sales in the area and Dr. Philips and Windermere, as well as Lake Nona, Baldwin Park, and Thorton Park are some others to consider. If you aren't looking for tourist like towns you may want to skip Celebration as it is Disney town but offers great homes and a good community feel as well.
We're already working with a realtor and not even ready to move yet. We're in the planning stages...as in what areas, neighborhoods are we interested in. I don't know that we want downtown but definitely not the suburbs...somewhere in between...probably NOT the Disney area...an area with more character and not so much commercialism. Really like the older homes of Winter Park, but I think that area might be too pricey for us.
Hope you are well. Send me an email with the specifics of your price bracket needs, net revenue expectations, goals, and I will select a list of possibilities for your review.
