You got a smokin deal at $125,000. The planning, layout and common area amenities are the finest in Laughlin. The HOA is the best funded project on either side of the river as they have millions in reserves. Unless your looking for families and kids you will be very happy in this community. Welcome

You can't hear any noise from the unit,it has 2 bedrooms,two full baths,nice kitchen a lot of closets it has 1,208sq it was buil in 1994 it was the second phase when they build it.Now they are building new ones and started @180.000.
it has two pools two jacuzzies sauna,tennis court,gym and it has a view to the garden.I hope i answer all your questions.The pools are heated
