Danbury/Angleton area

Hi,
I live in the area and it is a nice place to be. Pretty laid back compared to Pearland and Houston area. While it is growing slowly compared to areas closer to Houston, which I happen to think is a good thing, there is plenty to do and you are close enough to Houston/Clear Lake/Galveston to find lots of recreation/entertainment. Home prices are average and plenty to choose from with new subdivisions popping up here and there. Angleton seems much more laid back than Lake Jackson if that is what you are looking for. Hope I have been of some help. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Hello Eunice,

I noticed that you have made several posts and no one has responded yet. I am a Realtor in the Atlanta, Georgia metro area; therefore, I do not know much about your area of interest. However, may I suggest that you consider contacting a local real estate professional in the the Angelton/Lake Jackson area? A good buyer's agent would be able to share valuable information about the area including, but not limited to, schools, amenities, population & demographic statistics, shopping, area attractions, etc. I hold an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) designation from NAR and REBAC. I recommend that you consider finding an experienced Realtor that also holds this designation as well as one that lives in and knows the Angelton/Lake Jackson area well. I've included a link to REBAC's website below that tells you more about the ABR designation as well as how to locate a Realtor who has earned the ABR designation. Most sellers have agent representation when they sell their home. You deserve agent representation when buying a home - someone who is an advocate for you and looking out for your best interests in the real estate transaction.

Best wishes,
