We are looking at a home in Broadwater. What can you tell me about the area? We are from out of state. We
are an active couple in our upper 40's--no kids, looking for a great vacation home in a nice area, near good restaurants. We like that it's only 20 minutes to the beach and close to downtown St. Pete. Any advice?

FIRST ANSWER
Great area.. Nice seculded island yet still close to everything.. you bike to downtown for all the festivals, events and concerts.. I grew up in the area.. If you don't want the beach it self.. then this is the next nicest water front area of St Pete..
