I have a client that is interested in renting in Durango, Trinidad, or Grand Junction Colorado. Any advice on communities for 60 year old ?

Hi Cynthia!

My wife and I are currently renovating an early 1900's 4/2 home with garage in downtown Durango. We plan to offer it as a fully-equipped vacation rental beginning this spring. It is in the final stages of total renovation: kitchen with granite tops, new appliances, cabinets...new baths, refinished old hardwood floors etc.

Durango is a great town. There is much to do and see. It is also in close proximity to many other great towns: Moab, Santa Fe, Taos, Telluride, Silverton and Pagosa Springs to name a few.
