Trying to locate former owner of 1831 Beachwood Drive, Santa Rosa
I rented the house @ 1831 Beachwood Drive, Santa Rosa Ca from Nov 21, 2003 through April 2004. I am trying to locate former owner named Josh Cheatwood. Does anyone have any info on how I can contact him? If not can someone email with any details of his whereabouts or phone number. This is a urgent message. Thank you, Eric W.

Go to the post office and see if there is a forwarding address. Did he own any other real estate in Sonoma County? You could go to the county tax assesor and see what exists. Good luck! Pretty dated though.
