FIRST ANSWER
Yes, Stage 2 nearing completion, a lot of investor interest from Vic, WA & Overseas. Identified that this is the last large residential site in Trinity Beach, a favourite with residents as oppossed to tourists. Current market has kept prices to pre-release levels. The local developer has gone all out to provide unbelievable resort facilities but kept BCorp fees below 3000.
