There is an old beer distributer right in town on 522 in McVeytown. Sign says available. for rent. It has
been that way a very long time. I called to inquire about it a couple of days ago, and never recieved a return call. Amazing! maybe they really want it to stay vacant?

Sometimes there are areas, where Trulia might not a have local agent in your community to answer correctly. I always suggest calling some local realtors and asking them to help you out. You would be amazed how talkative, and informative they can be.
