Check fema.gov (map 6077c0315f) to be sure but as far as I know all of Spanos Park is considered:
Zone X
Other flood area
"Areas protected by levees from 1% annual chance flood"

Parts of northern Spanos Park may fall outside this protected area. I do not know if it floods there often of not but there seems to be pretty good drainage and places for the water to run off to when I look around that area while passing through. Be sure to select a home that sits on a crest and not one that lies downhill from a street. You will also want to be sure the driveway does not slope too much downward into the garage.
