Just comparing the the buying versus renting option in Round Rock, but can't seem to find many rentals on the internet. Please let me know the most extensive site for rental homes in this area. Thanks!

I can set you up on some custom searches that you can edit, save, manage yourself if you like. Great tool for receiving notifications as soon as property and/or houses become available.

Try Austinhouse.net for lease homes. Also good for For sale by owners and Austin MLS

Hello Sydney Girl,
In addition to the ones listed in other responses, I recommend http://www.austinhomesearch.com and click on the Lease option. I have had success with clients with this website. Have a great day!

Hi Sydney Girl
If you are looking for rentals, you should check Move.com. We have many listings for the Round Rock area.
I hope it helps!

Try move.com, realtor.com, or craigslist.

I agree with Jeff, you are still going to have to do print media for rentals and MLS is a good resource, grocery store publications - local stuff - you will not find everything on the internet, unfortunately.

Yes CraigsList.com is probably a very good source but I always tell our rental clients (or I do it myself) is to check in the local newspaper. I find many if not most landlords rent without the benefit of an agent and simply advertise in the newspaper. Good Luck.
