Outside of the MLS, what leasing companies offer a co-op fee to agents? I have several rental clients, and
was wondering how I can go about securing a co-op fee outside of the MLS for rentals. Thanks, Jim

FIRST ANSWER
You can either have your client pay you or negotiate with the other side for compensation. Probably easiest to have an agreement with your client to pay you. All the money comes from them anyway and then you can go out and get them the best deal without worring about the other side.
