Carrollton is divided in sections. I can tell you that my parents bought a nice home in N. Carrollton 20 years ago, it is just worth what they paid for it. In any area of town, we have a proven strategy that we use with investor's to show them their return on investment. If you want to talk about your strategy, ROI, and what your looking for, I can certainly share with you what the market is doing on the property your looking at.
Give me a call and I will go over our strategy with you! 214-991-9507 Nicole

Decent.....tough issue is getting the right price going in. Rents are decent. Appreciation is slow as in most areas around Carrollton. I do see occasionally properties that will cash flow, but not real often. Bread and butter calls seem to have a max rent about $1200, so my suggestion is don't buy anything that would rent above that. Let us know if we can help find just the right property for you.

I like my area (The Colony) when it comes to investing in a property to either flip or lease. I have personally invested in dozens of properties in The Colony since 2001 with great success. Easy to work on, quick to lease out, holds their resale value quite well. Let me know if I can help. Thanks.

Real estate in general across the whole N. Dallas area gets my vote. Rentals are very hot right now. Carrollton has been a city of pretty good demand because of the location to freeways and the schools- not a bad choice. Areas to the north are really booming as well so I would not just stake your claim in one area of town. Nort of LBJ is my typical market area so I'm just speaking of what I know in those areas, other areas might prove to be just as good.
