Marci, this house is still actively listed. It is close to town (within 5 miles) on a paved road and in a nice rural area (but not too rural!!). I have been in this house and it is neat as a pin. It has a garage/workshop in the basement as will as some living area in addition to main level living area and a loft. It is set back off the road with some nice shade trees and a nice big front lawn. It has a mixture of sheetrock and wood interior with some stone accents, a fireplace on main and wood stove in basement along with gas heater. It is listed as

I suspect it means that the agent who entered the listing on Trulia did not check a box on the input form indicating whether it was "for sale", "for lease", "pending" or some other classification.
