I know someone who lives up that way, although it's been awhile since I've been there. It's north of Sumter, reached by driving up Highway 15. It's in School District 2. Elementary School is RE Davis, Middle is Maywood, High is Crestwood. District 2's website is at http://www.sumter2.org/home.aspx if you'd like to check them out.

Looks like at the moment there are two houses in that subdivision on the market, one is on almost 5 acres and the other one on a little over 3 acres.

When I was up there last, it was pretty new (it's been a few years). Nice houses, nice large lots, from what I saw.
