There are currently 6 homes available for rent in Belmont or San Carlos that are listed on the MLS. It would be helpful if we had some further information. Other than accepting pets, what else do you need in a home and what price range are you looking in?

One of the best avenues in searching for a good rental is via Craigslist http://(www.craigslist.com). Also, up in the LA area http://www.westsiderentals.com an excellent resource and is free to those looking to rent. I would suggest connecting with a local real estate agent that provides great service to renters. They can provide you with MLS rental listings (however, they are typically also posted on Craigslist).
