Hi, Renter: Like many municipalities, Edwardsville and Glen Carbon do have ordinances on the books that control the number of unrelated individuals who may live in the same single-family dwelling. The last time I checked for a client, the rule was that more than three unrelated people could not live in the same house. Your situation sounds like it might be fine because of your -- and your roommate's -- familial relationships to your children.
