Welcome, do you all know anyone down here? Family or friends? Have you been here to visit? What areas of Charlotte were you looking in? Let me know how I can help, we have everything here from retirement communities to patio homes....and all in between...let me know what you are looking for...Will you all be selling your property in Ohio to relocate or will you try and have a residence in both locations at first?

I look forward to hearing from you and possibly working with you.

Congratulations on your decision to move to Charlotte. I can tell you that our weather here is much milder than Cincinnati, it was 61 degrees today! Because Charlotte is such a clean, nice city, located so centrally to other areas, it has a diverse population. There are lots of activities for individuals and couples to pursue. As someone who works with a lot of relocation's, I would recommend learning about the different areas in and around Charlotte to help you narrow down some neighborhoods. This all depends on what you like to do. If you prefer a more urban or suburban lifestyle for example. No matter where your interests lie, Charlotte will have an area to meet them!! I would love to send you some maps and information about area attractions, shopping, and dining. Additionally, here are a couple of websites that will help you get a feel for the different areas in and around Charlotte:

Feel free to contact me with any other questions you may have. I will be happy to answer questions about specific areas or life here in general.

Charlotte is a beautiful place to call home weather it's your first home or your retirement home. We have all four seasons here with Winter being the mildest (typically speaking).

"Uptown" Charlotte offers theatre, museums (including Art and Children's), dining, etc. Adjoining neighborhoods offer eclectic foods and fun (Plaza/Midwood, NoDa), Historic homes (Dilworth, Myers Park & Eastover). Southpark boasts an upscale mall, shops and dining as well as beautiful homes.

South Charlotte (moments from the South Carolina line) has shopping, restaurants in the Ballantyne and Blakeney areas.

Spring and Fall are absolutely beautiful in the Carolinas.

There are two hospital systems in the Charlotte region with excellent facilities/Doctors.

Hope this is helpful.

Greetings in Ohio!

You have chosen a beautiful area to retire. From a lending perspective, it is not difficult to get financing on retirement income. I will be glad to help you figure out how much home you can buy and/or how much you will feel comfortable paying each month.

Kind regards,

Ross,

Charlotte is a great place to retire to. I helped my aunt and uncle retire down her a year and half ago and have many people I work with that retire to this area for a variety fo reasons from the weather, to the low cost of living and things to do.

I have helped many people out in your situation and would welcome the opportunity to help you out as well. Please feel free to either e-mail me back or give me a call at 704-519-7895.

I would like to learn more about you so I can show you the areas of Charlotte that most fit your lifestyle. I'm license in both NC and SC. Some people have chosen SC due to the lower taxes. The Charlotte area is a great retirement spot. I have assisted clients that have retired in both North and South Carolina. In fact, my parents are retired and live here. There are some benefits to both locations, and many folks who are retiring choose South Carolina because of the generally lower tax rate.

I would love to chat with you and go over your many options. Please feel free to contact me anytime.
