It is my husband, our two preschool aged children and my mother. We do like to entertain but our limit is 1100 to 1200 per month. We are looking for a great quiet neighborhood with frinedly neighbors. We have had some bumps and are trying to repair our credit so we need to work with that as well. Can you help us?
