$500 a day is insane. I've read horror stories where when a board doesn't like an owner they impose fines and then the owner has to hire an attorney to fight them and incur more fees.

The second is that you are considering moving out thanks to their harrassment, and intend upon listing your condo unit with (non-working) section 8, and soon they will have new residents in the building.
What is the violation??This seems really excessive. I think you need an attorney if you are not willing to allow them to inspect.
You need to print out all the condo documents and start reading, quickly.
There must be some provision in the documents that allows a re-inspect which you have neglected to follow thru with.
