Hello,

Were you able to find a Condo. for Lease in Bellevue yet? If you are still looking, there are a few two bedroom listings within your price range that I would be happy to send you more information about. Feel free to call me, or email me, if you are still looking.

I have recently worked with a few others relocating to Bellevue, so I am familiar with the Lease inventory on the Eastside.

Kindest Regards,

They can get you pre-qualified for a mortgage! Home prices in King County went up 8% last year. That's a great investment! Send me your e-mail & I will send you the press release.
You can set up a search on my web site to check out homes in Bellevue at http://www.TheBestAgent4u.com. You can search like the brokers do for free!
Good Luck!

Hi! I can't help but echo the previous comment by Chuck Sparks about exploring your options for qualifying for a mortgage. The current very low interest rates can make owning a small home less money per month than renting. Down payments can be a challenge, but FHA still has their 3.5% down loans.

This window of time with low interest rates and relatively low home prices won't last, and property values are already starting to recover in Bellevue and Seattle. Plus, Trulia reports that rents have risen almost 6% in Bellevue in a year.

Best of luck with your move, and do give me a call/text if I can help you explore your options for ownership.

reachjyo,

Now might be good time to discover if you meet eligibility requirements for a mortgage loan. There are many varieties of loans available for first time home buyers. You may discover that between now and October you can qualify. Contact me if this seems like something you would like to explore and I will give you the names of a couple of mortgage advisers I have worked with and would recommend.
if you have been regularly employed and have a good history of paying rent you might qualify for a low-down loan.
Best of luck with you and your new job and getting an affordable place.
