Mill Creek is a master planned community which means it has a variety of land uses all of which contribute to the livability of the community as a whole. There are high end homes that have sold for over a million dollars down to homes/condos under $300,000. There is a lot of open space, several parks, golf courses, at least one church, a school & a swim club. The association fees vary depending on the type of home you are in, but most of the detached single family homes pay approximately $120.00/ annually. Typically, the use of the golf courses or other recreational facilities is not included in the association fee. I would have to confirm the specifics of this with the homeowners association. A portion of the community is in the Geneva school district and a portion in the Batavia school district.
