Market conditions, crime and safety
Was looking at some of the homes in the 37877 zip code area and they seem to be high, is there any particular reason for this, doesnt seem that area up there would be that desirable ?? Also, what are the crime rates and market conditions, are they going up or down.

FIRST ANSWER
Talbott sits in a very interesting little area between Jefferson City and Morristown. Jeff City is mostly a college town and bedroom community and Morristown has seen some pretty impressive growth. Talbott is also so close to the Great Smokey Mountains and Knoxville that it's value increase has been inevitable.
