All are considered excellent builders. We are fortunate in that new development construction in this area is being done by either very strong regional (Florida) builders or very strong national builders like Toll Brothers. These companies stand behind their product with warranties, etc. I also offer a generous credit at closing which you can apply towards the cost of your lot selection, upgrades, closing costs, etc.
It would be my pleasure to assist you whether it be in the purchase of a new home or in the purchase of a resale home

GL is a larger builder. Lennar has been bought/sold etc... now with Pulte. Construction Quality is not something most agents understand.

Both are good, reputable companies and in my opinion are about the same in quality.

We are offering a 1% credit to buyers at closing if they register with us before visiting the developer. That can save you thousands at closing.

Hope that helps.

Lennar homes have a very good recommendation. When servicing clients who go to Boyto Beach, I have had luck with Anne Constantine as a good RE agent
Best of luck!

As an agent who has sold several GL Homes in the Canyons communities in Boynton Beach, I have to say the quality and the value for GL Homes is terrific. When all the builders had to deal with Chinese dry wall, GL was proactive and fully on top of the corrections that needed to be addressed. The amenities and quality of construction are top notch and the communities are well designed. However, Lennar has a very good reputation as well.

Best of luck with your new home search!

Hi Zaza,

Both are reputable builders in this area. They both have new communities in the Boynton Beach / Delray Beach area.

Are you looking for a home in an active adult community or an all age community?

Please contact me directly with information on exactly what you are looking for in a new house, and we can schedule a time for you to take a look at the offerings. GL does have some homes that are available for immediate occupancy. Much will depend on when your ideal move-in date would be and your budget.

GL is the bigger builder down here and has lots of new home construction in the Boynton beach area west of the turnpike.
Please contact me at your convenience so we can discuss this further and find you the right home.
