FIRST ANSWER

Best to look at a Commercail only website. Try http://www.costar.com and or http://www.loopnet.com. Make sure that the real estate agent that you talk to works with commercial real estate...
You can do this by calling the agnecy and asking the Broker to refer you to there top commercail agent.
