Hi Juanita,
I think you will enjoy living in Federal Way no matter what area you are in. We are a well Diversified community. There is something for everyone here. Federal Way is located about half way between Seattle and Tacoma so you are close to so many different neighborhoods and work conditions. It is a great place to live.

Juanita, That should not be a concern wherever you are. As answered below, learn about the areas on your own through the internet & by just driving around.

Hi Juanita,
HUD anti descriminating laws prohibits real estate licensees from answering questions regarding any HUD protected classification-such as race, origin and familial status. You are not restricted from answering this question, by conducting your own neighborhood evaluations. I recommend that is you find a home to rent, that you know on neighborhood doors and ask the occupants-they can answer your question. If you are seeking a home to purchase, you can write your offer subject to a "neighborhood review"-which will allow you, contractually, to investigate the neighborhood to your satisfaction. I hope this helps.

Sorry Juanita but it is not legal for an agent to give you that kind of information or to steer you in that direction.
