Don't be deceived by this. It is obviously not correct.

HI Daneck - Many homes are listed on Trulia and other sites before they actually go to foreclosure...this is why they have the low low price that is not correct. Usually the bank takes possession and tax records show a $2000 or $3000 sales price. If you would like me to track down more info on the home, please contact me at the below number or email.
