Is this a co-op ? Are rentals allowed? If so, is it a steady market for long term rentals?

Hi Jim,

This property is considered a condotel. These are former hotels that have been converted to condo units. The following link is the MLS listing for this unit - http://www.dabmls.com/day/maildoc/sd_aAzjxa20130417124602.html. Our rental market is currently very good. Please note when looking at condotels, the monthly maintenance fees and what they cover. Some are quite steep and may be detrimental in your goal of renting. If I can offer any other assistance or information, please give me a call - 386-871-3185. Good luck!

Hi Jim! This is a condotel...basically it is a hotel room that you own, it is rented on a daily or weekly basis, not a long term basis. Hopefully this helps you. If you have any other questions please contact us directly. Thanks for the question!
