Is there reason to believe that Camp Verde real estate market values will raise in the near future?

Does anyone know if there are plans under way to develop any areas near Camp Verde? If so, in what sector? Thanks!

Markets run incycles. This down cycle is exaserbated by a failure of the government to address the lending problems we are currently experiencing. Central Arizona remains a desirable location for the population. Our perfect weather and location will prove to be the most important factor in investing in real estate in Camp Verde. Now is the best time to acquire property. The prices are retracted under our current market. There is a lot of inventory to choose from. Buy low. Sell high. Jerry Germansen Broker

Camp Verde is sure to sustain long and steady growth for many years. Great climate, close proximity to major tourist attractions, and convenient access to I-17. The Ruskin Land trade may eventually lead to a large amount of commercial growth near the freeway. Camp Verde is growing in all directions, and land has come down in price significantly over the past few years. Please feel free to check my website for info and links to info about Camp Verde.
