Is there a loan program available for investors to use? To buy HUD homes and renovate and resale in WV?

I am a technology professional trying to secure my families future and avoid job layoffs. I have always been interested in real estate and now have a partner to assist with the renov part. As usual it is hard to get started. Is there a program for investors to use to start buying , renovating and selling or leasing property?
