Hi--
My fiance and I live in Whiteland Woods right now and our house is for sale. We love this house and community, but we are moving closer to family. It's listed and you can find it easily on Trulia. I've provided the link to the house on this email. It is the largest townhouse floor plan in the community with the best view possible because it sits at the top of Fringetree Drive and is elevated over the rest of the neighborhood. The view is beautiful especially in the morning and at night time you can see many lights across the Great Valley. There are no problems with the house and we put a lot into the decoration. It has a fully finished basement which most of the others in the community don't have, and it also has a basement walkout with a nice paver patio just outside.
We love this community because all is taken care of as far as lawn and maintenence, the pool and fitness center is awesome, and we play tennis quite often at the tennis courts right within 1 block away. There is a great hiking trail here as well, and it is right off of Rte 100 so very convenient. The morning traffic is congested at times, but I travel quite a bit by car and never have a problem-Traffic always moves and is predictable.
Great community and great neighbors. Please reply if you are interested in seeing our house as we'd be glad to show.
Thanks!
Dave
Hi
We are looking to buy a house in the same community? Just curious have you moved in? If so any special advice/tips you can share.
Although as an agent I only allowed to provide you with the facts and not make any subjective statements, giving my opinion on "nice", can tell you that there are 15 competing homes for sale in that community, ranging from $299,000-489,000 (depending on number of bedrooms), taxes are around $4000, and monthly fees are $155 which include common areas, lawn and exterior maintance as well as access to the club house, pool, tennis courts. Internal square footage is a generous 2400-3800 approximately. If a country club type lifestyle, with all your extracurricular needs being met, is what you are looking for then this sounds like a good fit. While the location is central to all major routes, king of prussia , septa R-line to the city, turnpike, major points south, and all your shopping needs will be met, however, the traffic in the morning is very heavey and can seriously add to your commute. If you would like a competetive market analysis to determine the most recent sales that have impacted current values of the same size and similar featured home you were interested in I would be happy to provide you with one.
Didn’t find what you were looking for? Ask a question!
