I am not sure what you mean by "good area". There are some nice neighborhoods, shopping, etc., but it is always good to check with the local law enforcement to determine if this would be a good/safe area for you. The law enforcement agency can give you specific details about various crime rates in that part of town which might make you feel more comforatable with the area of interest. Hope this helps.
