I can get you that information being a Realtor in Santa Cruz if you like or you can go onto the Santa Cruz County's website to find that information out. The only problem is it is not always working and not always up to date. My husband & I are both Realtors and would be more than happy to help you if you want.
Are you looking to sell or buy either way it is a good time. it is definitely a buyers market and if you have a decent piece of property and price it to sell and be competitive you will get some lookers.

I'm doing searches right now for property in Santa Cruz or Pima County. My major priority is mountain view and hopefully ability to hook up to gas.

If you have parcel numbers you can go to the Santa Cruz County website and put in parcel numbers for free. You will find out information on 2005, 2006 and 2007. Size of home/lot etc plus what the property sold for and even if it sold multiple times and those prices. You can also find out this information if you have the addresses. Only problem is - anything really recent sometimes is not listed yet.
