Cocke County is the most beautiful county as far as mountain views in this area. Greeneville is a lot of large farms and farmland. Greeneville is a very Historicial town. More jobs are in Greeneville or Morristown.

I'm assuming that you meant Greeneville? Greeneville is a nice area, a lot of pretty land there, but it is different from Newport. Newport is Cocke County and Greeneville is Greene County. Both seem to have sleeper prices in areas for now, but they are getting fewer as more people discover these areas. People in both areas are very nice. Greene County has a little more flat land that Cocke County.

Basically, whenever you find a property that suits your needs at that time ;is a good indication of a good time to buy.
