I bought pre-construction back in the day in that community as well. It would be hard to get a better deal than what is provided, as well as the location.
We sold roughly 8 townhomes in that community, all of which came up negative for chinese drywall.

Cypress Landing located conveniently on the east side of Fort Myers off of Six Mile Cypress is positioned in an ideal location.
