Hi Snudo:
Rio Vista is more family orientated and a much more desired location. As others have said, if the price is not an issue, I would not hesitate to recommend Rio Vista. Victoria Park is a very quaint, nice area and quite safe, but I do not think the two compare. I have lived here for 28 years and know the market well. If I can help you in any way, please call or email me. Thanks,
Kind Regards,

I have lived in Victoria Park for 10 years, in the same house, and have never had a problem with security. I have two little pugs though that alarm me if a bird lands on my lawn. Rio Vista is more family oriented overall but much more expensive. Victoria Park has a huge, beautiful park (Holiday Park) where a lot of kid friendly activities happen. If price is not an issue, go for Rio Vista but Victoria Park is really a great place to live and close to everything!

1. Though we never had even the slightest security or safety problem during the five years we now live in Victoria Park, I would assume Rio Vista is safer (see 3)
2. Many lots in VP are zoned multifamily, which explaines the plethora of townhomes you see there.
3. For me, considerably less through-traffic makes Rio Vista more attractive, but that is my personal opinion.

All the best,

Good morning Snudo:
You can google for this information....But, in my opinion, Rio Vista is a more family orientated community. These two areas are very disirable if you want to live near the Las Olas /Down Town area. There are many other safe and family communities besides these two. I would be happy to help you see the different possiblities. Pleasle feel free to call or email me.
Have a nice day!
