They have a few lease purchases at http://www.bellagohomes.com, or homes are around $180k if you qualify. Wendy

Dear Susan,
As Bruce said, you should check out Move.com. I may be a little biased (because I work for them : ) ) but you can look around for free and without having to sign up.

Susan-

Heather has excellent advice. For my clients, I've found using craigslist to advertise is very, very effective. I also find using rentclicks.com (which will soon become rentals.com) is also a very good choice.

craigslist has the best room mate wanted listings. And homes/condos for rent from an owner/property manager. rentclicks has mostly homes/condos, and the listings are more likely to come from a broker than the owner.

And personally, I'd strongly recommend renting a condo or a house. For my money, apartments don't save enough.

Best Regards,

Steve Belt, GRI

Try the website move.com. It has both. Let me know if you like it.

Hi Susan - I'd check out Craigslist for Phoenix. You can browse rental prices - and it's totally free.
