Don't forget that flood insurance will be going up
Obama has done away with federal funding for the insurance.

There are mud puddles on our street when it floods....and we're in Simonsdale. All the houses in this region are near sea level, so if it ever got bad enough....any COULD flood....

Hello,

I looked up that street on the Fema Flood map and some parts are in the flood zone. I found 2 homes on that street for sale and one in in the flood zone. I would have to have the address to get exact information. Please feel free to contact me if you have any more questions.
