You can always pick up a Coastland Times which is one of the Outer Banks local papers. They have a great classified scection with available year round rentals.

Give them a call if you are not down here 252-441-2223 and they can get you a paper.

I agree with Allan - Jim Perry is the place to go to find year round rentals on the Outer Banks. Their web site lists property that is currently and soon to be available.
