I went to the Open House for 1225 Brighton Ave in Albany, the price is $599,900 on the flyer. On Trulia it says $649,000. Which is correct?

The correct list price is the lower one. The listing agent on this property has apparently contacted Trulia to have them make these changes but I guess it has not been updated yet.

The lower price is correct. It seems to take Trulia some time to catch up with any changes in the MLS.
