FIRST ANSWER
I am a landlord and depending on the location, size and condition of the property, rent prices for a 2/1 range anywhere between $625 month up to 1200.00 a month. My rule of thumb is this: What would I feel would be reasonalbe rent, if it was myself wanting to live in it? Hope that helps you a little. Mark
