I am not a property manager I am a mature single working mother daughter in college works part time, I work full time. We have lived in Groton area for 20 plus years. Very quiet. We live in single family now. we are used to taking care of lawn... have own mower. Looking for a change. How many bedrooms? what type of heat? I am very dependable never have been late with rent payments. Will supply references upon request. How much will you be asking per month? Thank you for your time.

An good source to go to would be your local real estate agent you use and/or contractor, carpenter who might know of someone.

Any other questions please feel free to ask.

If you just want to rent your house, you can do so without a property manager, you just need a Realtor. There are differences between using a Property manager vs. a Realtor, costs and services are a bit different. If you wish to discuss further, you may call or email me. paulajacksonhomes@gmail.com or 860-884-2631
