Hello Steve:
The outside boarders of East Village Arts District would include Long Beach Blvd, 4th Street, Ocean Blvd, and Pine. There are also some wonderful places to go just out side these area. My office is just on the edge of the Arts District.

There is an event today/tonight for art lovers - Tour Des Art Festival - here is the link

And yes, there are some wonderful condos in the area. Including those approved for FHA and VA loans!

I'd be more than glad to show you the area.

Thanks to all who answered my question. I had a very good realtor who helped me to find my condo about a month after posting my question but I appreciate the support of all of the professionals and others on here. Good luck to all who are still looking for their home.

Hi there, nice area of Long Beach, close to downtown Long Beach. It is from Broadway Blvd to perhaps Long Beach Blvd, I believe. There are nice condos in that area, mostly. But you can go another neighborbood over either way and find some homes.

Is there something specific you are looking for? I would love to help you find a place if you are looking to buy some property.

I just happened to walk by this area on the right day when I was going home from Roscoe's Chicken and Waffles. It was a fun event with life music, hand crafted arts and paintings. Will defiintely check it out again when I have more time!

It sounds like you are talking about Long Beach. On the edge of Downtown we have an area called the East Village Arts District. And yes, there are condos and lofts in this area. Let me know if you would like to see some of the listings and Dare to Dream.
