Hi Khalid,

I have lived in Cinnaminson for the last 25 years and sold homes here for the last 19 years. I love living here so much so that I am now living in my second home which we had built. Cinnaminson is a small town with a good school district, 98% of the homes are single family units, we have no rental units and best of all you can be in center city Philadelphia in 20 minutes, Philadelphia Airport in 25 minutes, Trenton approximately 30 minutes, Atlantic City a little over an hour and the Poconos in less than 2 hours. There is public transportation via a bus on Rt. 130, and connecting mini buses will take you to the RiverLine which heads north to Trenton where you can catch the train to New York or heading south to Camden and connect to the Hi-Speed Train to Philadelphia.

We currently have some construction on Rt. 130 as far as a new shopping area and Hovnanian is building an adult community. Otherwise, we are pretty much built out. Single family homes start as low as low $200,000 up to $700,000. I do a lot of business in this town and most people who live here stay for 20 plus years. Some of my clients started in a small home moved to a larger home and then move to one of the two adult communities. I think that says a lot about a town...people don't leave.

There are lots of activities for children, the township has a very expansive sports program, Riverton Country Club for golf, two private swim clubs, the Footlighter's Theatre, lots of parks and playground and even sailing at the Yacht Club in the adjoining town of Riverton.

If you have any particular questions, you can contact me directly. It's a great place to live!

You can get community information on Cinnaminson, including school reports, cost of living, crime stats by clicking the link below. You can then either search by town name or put in the zip code 08077. That area is out of my marketplace so I do not know any "first-hand" information regarding the town.

I also know that many of my buyers search wikipedia when looking into different towns to live in. Here's the link:,_New_Jersey

Good Luck and if you are interesting in moving in North Jersey, please feel free to contact me.
