I noticed there are a lot of listings in the Cotopaxi area. Is that area having problems? What about the?

water...would I have a problem drilling for it? I specifically heard of someone who's well actually dried up there.

It has been a slow time for sales in that area. But things are picking up this month and they are starting to move. Interest rates are at an all time low and folks are starting to take advantage of that. Some wells are deep, it depends on the terrain. I have a great listing at 2925 M Path that has a good producing well. It has been vacant for a while, but the last person that lived there had all the water they needed. Please contact me and I will be happy to help you.
