I live in Grandview Enclave Subdivision since March of 2007, and I had no problem of finding utility services...
I absolutely love the neighborhood!!! Our HOA fee is lower than the most of comparable subdivision. The HOA board members, and the homeowners take their time out to help out w/some of the projects, so the HOA fees are kept low. Common areas are kept clean through out the year!! Don't hesistate to buy a house in Grandview Enclave!!

Go talk with the neighbors in the subdivision to find out who they like, dislike and why....That should give you a good feel for what is available and if this subdivision is for you.
