I have income property in Denver with 400k equity I am looking to trade for a 2nd home(400-700K) Northwest side of the Big Island.Anyone interested?

Have you thought about doing a 1031 Tax Exchange. This would give you much more flexibility in time to process and choices here. The cost is relatively low especially considering the price range you are in.
How's the weather. I saw Montana was getting snow already! Used to ski but not in Hawaii!

Can you be more specific about the second home requirements? What does the "right property" look like? Single family or condo? Size? Bedrooms?
