I have entered into a lease / purchase contract on a used mobile home and need to ask a couple of questions/

My contract runs till 2016. At which time I will make the final payment and then only owe lot rent each month. What I need to know is who is responsible for the upkeep of the appliances.(fridge,washer,etc.) If I replace a nonworking applance and then decide not to finish with the puchase of the mobile home Am I obligated to leave my new washer in place of one that quit working?

FIRST ANSWER

I hate to be broad but that should be spelled out in you agreement in the area of maintainence and personal property. If not get with the other party and make a revision or ad an addendum. It's best to go ahead and address those questions up front but at least asap.
