Gail, were you still able to purchase that house even though it was taken off the market. Sometimes people take houses off the market for awhile and try again in a different season to see if they'll have better luck. But, you may still be able to make them an offer. In fact, they may welcome the chance to sell it by owner.

FIRST ANSWER

All I can tell you is that it was either sold, withdrawn from the market ( a call made by the sellers), or expired (meaning the listing agreement b/w the real estate co & the sellers expired). I wasn't able to find it in my mls... but then again it's out of our area. Hope this helps some. Be Blessed
