Land just like homes are priced according to location and how they look, what utilities or upgrades are on them, desirability and so on. So you would definity need a local area expert to let you know. You could go down to the courthouse and do some poking around to find out what your neighbors have sold for. But again, it must be apples to apples.
The price will depend on the zoning of the property, whether it can have a structure built on it or not, if there are any utilities available near buy and if you will need well and/or septic approval, also what the condition the land is in now.
