I am looking to rent a single family home, preferably smaller cottage or bungalow style, in bucktown, wicker park, or just north of there.
I would like it be on a relatively quiet street, and it must be very close to 90/94 (and hopefully the Blue Line or metra) and I need to the home to be somewhat family friendly. 3 bedrooms would be perfect, but 2 could do if there is some additional "loft" or office space. Basement would be a plus. Thanks. Kevin
There are a number of possibilities, but your criteria is rather vague. How many baths, parking etc? Can you do a 1st floor duplexed down in a newer condo building? What price point are you at? I can send you some listings if I know more details.
